Hello everyone, my name is Ramona Popescu, I am 35 years old, I represent Romania, and I live in Bucharest.
– Fashion is definitely a great passion of yours: what is your personal style?
Fashion is indeed a great passion of mine, as I graduated from Tonitza Art High School and from UNArte University, specializing in fashion design. My personal style is elegant, glamorous, and eccentric.
– What has been your most memorable shoot or fashion show so far?
There have been many memorable experiences. I am a professional model, working since the age of 16. I have collaborated with all Romanian designers, and internationally I have worked with Major Agency. However, what impressed me the most were the fashion shows and photo shoots during the TV Show Next Top Model 3 by Cătălin Botezatu, which I won. It was an incredible chance and opportunity in my life!
– Do you have a style icon or model who inspires you?
Yes, my main source of inspiration in my field has always been the Victoria’s Secret models.
– Do you have a strict fitness routine? How many hours do you work out per week?
Yes, I have been training at the gym extremely hard and consistently for at least 10 years. I go almost every day, sometimes twice a day, and I usually work out for about 2 to 3 hours.
– If you could show the world just one thing about yourself, what would it be?
My greatest strength is my discipline in achieving everything I set my mind to. I never deviate from my goals.
– Representing Romania on an international stage also comes with a great deal of responsibility. How do you feel about bringing your country with you on this experience?
I feel honored and proud to represent my country on the runway at my age. There is a lot of work and ambition behind maintaining this image. It’s not easy at all, but I’m truly fascinated by it!
– What message would you like to send to the girls who follow you from Romania and abroad?
I represent Romania with pride and refinement. In fashion, as in life, I believe that true elegance comes from authenticity. My style carries Romania’s imprint — a balance between tradition and innovation, between grace and strength. Every appearance is a story told through attitude and expression, and every step is a declaration of confidence for all those who believe in the power of their own path.
– How do you imagine your life in 10 years?
In ten years, I see myself running a successful business and having a wonderful family.
