‘’My name is Alissa Kangarani, I am 30 years old and I am very proud to represent Liechtenstein at Miss Europe Continental.

I work as a model and at the same time in an international company. This combination has taught me the importance of connecting discipline with creativity. In my free time I love traveling, discovering new cultures and training intensively, especially Muay Thai and strength training. My greatest strength is my determination combined with empathy. My biggest weakness is perfectionism, because sometimes I expect too much from myself. But through that I have learned to build more trust in myself.
I am most inspired by my own journey. Sports have taught me that strength and self confidence are not given but built through effort and courage. I am also inspired by women who dare to be authentic and walk their own path even if it is not the easiest one.

1. Is there a special event in your life that shaped you?

Yes, starting with Muay Thai shaped me a lot. This sport taught me to push my limits, to respect my body and to build confidence. It was a turning point that gave me a completely new perspective on myself.

2. What does happiness mean to you?

For me happiness means inner freedom. It is the ability to make decisions based on my own values and to walk my path with confidence. Happiness is not a distant goal but a state that you create when you live with passion and turn challenges into opportunities.

3. Which sentence or quote will you never forget and why?

No risk, no story. This quote guides me because it reminds me to be brave and to take opportunities. Without risk there is no growth and no story you can proudly tell.

4. How do you feel at Miss Europe Continental?

I feel gratitude, excitement and pride to represent Liechtenstein. At the same time I look forward to meeting inspiring women from all over Europe and to showing together that true strength and beauty go far beyond appearances.
For me fashion is an expression of personality, emotion and creativity. It is like a language without words that allows me to show who I am and how I feel. Fashion gives me the freedom to show different sides of my personality, sometimes elegant, sometimes strong, sometimes bold. What fascinates me most is when fashion inspires people to live their own style instead of adapting to others.

In ten years I see myself as a woman who is still active in the modeling world and at the same time leading her own projects. I want to focus on empowering women to build confidence through sports and mental strength. My goal is to create workshops and projects that give women the space to fully develop their potential.

My greatest wish is that all women have the possibility to shape their lives freely according to their own vision. For me personally it would be a dream to encourage others by my example to follow their own path and to believe in themselves.’
