Let’s meet today our Miss Katerina.
‘’My name is Kateřina Horáková, and I am honored to represent the Czech Republic. I work as a kindergarten teacher and I am currently studying art therapy. I graduated in special education at university. In my free time, I enjoy fitness, diving, painting, and spending time in nature. I am passionate about psychology and supporting people with disabilities, and I am also part of a non-profit prevention program. I would describe my greatest qualities as empathy and diligence, while my weaknesses are self-doubt and sometimes being a little absent-minded.
Who has inspired you most in your life or career?
The greatest inspiration in my life has always been the amazing women around me, especially my mother.
Working with children with disabilities has been a truly life-changing experience for me. Even when they were unable to speak or had limited movement, they were still full of joy over the smallest things. They taught me to see life with gratitude and humility.
What does happiness mean to you?
For me, happiness means living a fulfilled life – having work that brings joy, a safe place to call home, loving family, and true friends.

This is one of my favorite quotes, because I believe that when we look at the world and at each other with our hearts, we can prevent hatred and misunderstanding.
How do you feel about being here at Miss Europe Continental?
It is a tremendous honor for me, and it still feels almost unbelievable to be part of this competition.
What does fashion represent for you?
For me, fashion is a way of expressing myself and my creativity.
How do you see yourself in ten years?
Ten years may feel like a distant future, but I hope to build a career both in modeling and in art therapy. I would also love to create my own charitable organization, and above all, I want to be happy and surrounded by love.
My wish would be that people could realize what truly matters in life – so that together we can stop wars, hunger, and the destruction of our beautiful planet.’’
