Let’s read the interview of Andrea;
‘’Hey, my name is Andreea, I am 20 years old, I come from the region of Transylvania and this year I will represent Hungary at Miss Europe Continental.
I’m someone who is still exploring both the world and myself in my own ways. I’ve had the chance to volunteer abroad several times, which gave me meaningful experiences and new perspectives. Alongside that, I’ve worked as a model—a path I still pursue —while also enjoying my role as a barista and waitress at a local café in my hometown.
In my free time, I enjoy having quiet moments to myself to clear my head, but I also love spending time with friends and family. What excites me most, though, is exploring new places and trying new experiences, as they make me feel alive and motivated.
Your best quality, your worst flaw?
One of my best qualities is that I can be very passionate and motivated when I focus on something, which helps me get things done quickly and effectively. However, I sometimes struggle with maintaining that same level of motivation over time, which can slow down my progress.
Is there in particular an event or something in your life that has marked you?
I would say that my first solo trip abroad had a big impact on me and the way I see the world. It was a volunteering project where I met many different people, and it really helped me step out of my comfort zone. Thanks to that experience, I was able to grow personally and enjoy my life a lot more.
What is happiness for you?
For me, happiness takes many different forms. Often, it’s the ability to appreciate the small, everyday things that brings me joy. At times, my mood can depend on the day or even the weather. However, I find that seeing meaningful results from my efforts—whether in my work or personal life—always brings me happiness and motivation to keep going.
What is the phase or quote you will never forget? Why?
Enjoy little things” is a great reminder for me to appreciate the small, everyday moments. Special and big experiences do happen, but most of life is made up of these little moments. So I guess we better appreciate them, right? And it’s a good way to find happiness in life.
How do you feel about being here at Miss Europe Continental?
“First of all, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of Miss Europe Continental. I’m very excited to participate, as I know I will go home with many new experiences and I will meet inspiring people as well. At the same time, I try not to feel anxious about it, because I want to present my true self—not the version of me that sometimes feels a little afraid of the stage and the spotlight.”
What does fashion represent for you?
For me, fashion is a way to express ourselves and share a part of who we are with others. It’s an opportunity to create something beautiful while showing personality and individuality through style.
How do you see yourself in ten years?
To be honest, I’ve never had a clear picture of what I want to do in life, and I wouldn’t say I’m much closer to deciding now. What I do know is that I really enjoy discovering and learning new things. I’m more of a hands-on person, so I imagine I’ll continue to look for practical, experience-based opportunities. I’ve also gained some experience in hospitality, which showed me that I actually enjoy working in this field. At the same time, I’ve found myself trying out things I never expected, so I wouldn’t be surprised if in ten years I’m doing something completely different from what I imagine today.
If I could make one wish come true, I think I’d actually really struggle to decide what the best wish would be. Part of me might even want to give that opportunity to someone else who could make better use of it. But if I had to make a grand and meaningful wish, I’d wish for everyone to find something in life that they can truly enjoy. For myself, though, I might wish to be able to open a small coffee shop or to build a little farm.’’
