  • Doriana, there’s always a moment when everything changes. When did you realize that Dory Revolution wasn’t just an idea, but a vision to bring to life?

I realized Dory Revolution was more than just an idea when I saw the opportunity to merge my experience in the salon with my desire to give women products that reflect their strength and uniqueness. It was no longer just a personal project, it became a mission: to create a line that brings light, confidence, and identity to those who use it. From that moment on, I stopped thinking of it as a dream and started seeing it as a revolution to bring to life.

  • Those who use Dory Revolution want to feel bold, flawless, and always one step ahead. What kind of woman do you envision when you create? Does she have a role model, an energy, a story?

The woman I envision is independent, fearless, and unafraid to show who she truly is. She doesn’t simply follow trends, she interprets them, turning them into a personal style. She has energy, strength, elegance, and above all, a story to tell. Every Dory Revolution product is designed to help her fully express herself.

  • Miss Europe Continental 2025 once again features you as a key player. What makes this collaboration special for you? What does it share with the Dory Revolution mission?

This collaboration is special because it represents the meeting of two worlds that share the same values: beauty, elegance, and the power to inspire. Miss Europe Continental celebrates women in all their dimensions, and Dory Revolution aims to do the same, offering tools that enhance their strength and natural beauty. It’s an honor for me to see my products help make the stage of such an international event unforgettable.

  • Have you already chosen the signature product that will define the styling of the Misses this year? What’s your go-to beauty ally to showcase strength and elegance on stage?

Yes, the star will be the Shining Bio Argan Oil Spray. It’s a product that not only instantly adds shine and silkiness to the hair but also nourishes and protects it. On the runway, light is essential, it reflects energy, emotion, and personality. This spray is my ideal beauty ally to express elegance and power, because it transforms a hairstyle into a true style statement.

  • Each of your products seems to tell a story, a personality. Where does this inspiration come from? What guides you in creating a new collection?

The inspiration always comes from observing the women I meet every day, from clients to models. Each has a different personality, and I believe a product should enhance that, not make everyone the same. That’s why I create lines with soul, from purifying to nourishing, to those that add shine. Every product is designed to express a character, an emotion, a unique way of being a woman.

  • Looking ahead, is there a project you dream of realizing with Dory Revolution that you haven’t shared with anyone yet?

Yes, I dream of opening a true Dory Revolution Academy, a place where beauty professionals can train and grow, sharing my philosophy and values. I want to create a community of hairstylists who, beyond technique, place focus on listening, empathy, and respect for authentic beauty. It’s a project that’s close to my heart, and I hope to bring it to life soon.

  • The beauty world is competitive, but also full of opportunities for those with vision. What would you say to someone dreaming of launching their own line today? What do you really need, beyond the products?

I’d say to deeply believe in your vision and not be discouraged by challenges. Products are important, but they’re not enough, you need passion, consistency, and authenticity. You have to be able to tell a story, convey values, and create a real connection with the people who choose to trust you. Only then does a brand become more than just a name, it becomes a true point of reference.
